Ben was born in Yorkshire, England where he spent his formative years. He was born to parents Margaret and Michael Morris who are both lovely people. He has no brothers or sisters.

In the late 90's Ben migrated down to London where he studied a BA in Photography at the London College of Fashion. Since finishing, Ben has been invited back to guest lecture at both the London Institute and Leeds Metropolitan University, on the subjects of both fashion and fashion photography.

Ben's work crosses the mediums of fashion and documentary and is commissioned by some of the most prominent titles in the world for both fields. In all of Ben's work, his passion for being a documentarian is very evident. Whether it be his portraiture or landscape work his quest to capture life in its most organic form is very bold. Naturally Ben devotes much of his spare time shooting reportage for projects both editorial and for exhibiting.

Ben has had 4 solo exhibitions of his work, in London, Paris and most recently at the Photo Palma Festival 2011 in Mallorca Spain, where his exhibition 'My Favourite Pictures' sold out.

Ben is publishing his first book in fall 2012, with an accompanying exhibition in New York City in January 2013.

Ben lives in New York with his wife Candy.
